We have 25 years of proven experience in the vehicle service industry. We are vertically integrated, have an AA investment portfolio and Heritage Indemnity Company is Rated A- by A.M. Best Company.
 
Warranty Services specializes in solutions for automotive, power sports and recreational vehicles. Our innovative electronic claims and contract fulfillment processes deliver accurate results and save time and money for all. Our in-house staff of highly skilled claims and customer service professionals provide support and solutions that keep our satisfaction ratings soaring.

Warranty Services vehicle service contracts are sold through franchise and independent dealerships. These contracts are administered by GE Capital Management Corporation in all states except Florida, Arizona, and Wisconsin. In Florida, Arizona, and Wisconsin, vehicle service contracts are administered, underwritten, and serviced by GE Capital Administrative Services, Inc. (FL License #60079). In Florida, also issued by Heritage Mechanical Breakdown Corporation, FL License #60072. Vehicle service contracts are insured by Heritage Indemnity Company (Certificate of Authority #08549/2008), which is licensed in all states. Vehicle service contracts are not available in all states and are not considered insurance policies in most states.

Warranty Services is located in Colorado. We serve Agents, Dealerships, Original Equipment Manufacturers and Consumers nationwide and in Canada.
